We have a new Enrolment System this term. New classes for term 3 start on Monday 30^th January, Tuesday 31^st January, and Wednesday 1^st February, depending on which class you attend.

This term, Members who have not enrolled since August 2011 should come along, if possible, to our Enrolment Evening at Stow College on Wednesday, 25^th January, from 6 – 7.30pm, to enroll in classes. They should download the 3 page Adult Enrolment Form or the Junior Enrolment form (see below) and bring it with them fully completed. We will not take payment that evening, but that will allow us to plan numbers for various classes.

We only need Members to complete the 3 page Adult Enrolment Form or full Junior Enrolment form once a year. Thereafter, a one-page Enrolment form each new term is sufficient. Therefore, Members who have enrolled since August 2011 and have filled out the 3 page Adult Enrolment Form or full Junior Enrolment form since then, will only have to fill out a 1 page Enrolment Form – basically just asking if any of your personal details have changed, and confirming Enrolment for Term 3.

In Week 1 and Week 2 of classes this term, your Tutor will hand out the appropriate Enrolment Forms. Sue Bell, our Administrator, and some volunteers will come round Adult classes in Week 3 to collect payment by cash or cheque. Parents/Guardians of Junior Members should return the Enrolment form and payment to Sue Bell prior to classes in Week 3. You can pay via the Internet prior to Week 3, and if you choose that method of payment you will be required to attach a print-out of the transaction to your Enrolment Form for collection in Week 3. If you pay by Internet, our Account Name is The Glasgow Fiddle Workshop, Account number 00300599, Sort Code 801180.

Fees (which must be paid as a block) for the 8 week term are £69 for Full Adult Membership (£57 Concession), and £40 for Juniors. If Adults take a second class, that is charged at £62 for Full Adult price (£51 Concession).

People who may, at any time, come along to play with either Strumulele or Scratchy Noises and who do not want to enroll in classes must pay a Membership fee of £25 per annum, plus a fee of £3 per evening. Membership Only forms will be available in Week 1 and Week 2 for those attending Strumulele and Scratchy Noises. Sue Bell will collect the forms in Week 3 with payment of the Membership Fee. The nightly £3 fee will be collected by the leader of either group and passed to Sue Bell.

We take new learners up to and including the third week of term. Please also note that no matter when you start within the block the fee for the whole block has to be paid.
