Yes it's that time of the year again. The GFW Xmas dinner!
When: 12th of December. 6:30pm.
Where: The Islay Inn. Argyle Street. G3 8TJ:
- Home-made Scotch Broth (served with a crusty roll)
- Deep Fried Camembert (with redcurrant jelly and salad)
- Smoked Salmon (served with sour cream and brown bread)
- Turkey Breast, Chipolatas, Sage & Onion Stuffing
- Roast Beef & Yorkshire Pudding
- Sea Bass in Tomato and Herb Sauce
- Homemade Nut Roast with Goats Cheese
All served with roast and mashed potatoes, honey roast parsnips, carrots, sprouts and cranberry sauce.
- Trio of ice cream and sorbet with berry sauce
- Christmas Pudding in a Brandy Sauce
- Black Forest Gateau with Ice Cream
