Celine was a finalist in the inaugural Young Scottish Traditional Musician of the Year competition and winner of the All Britain Fleadh for tenor-banjo in 2001, She graduated from BA (Scottish music) course at The Royal Scottish Academy of Music and Drama.
Celine was featured alongside Keith Easdale, at Celtic Connections Master & Apprentice concert series in 2003 and performed with him at the inaugural Burns Memorial Lecture given by Kofi Annan at the United Nations New York in January 2004
Her debut solo album Something Else, whose guest musicians include some of the best-known and most respected traditional players in the world (Brian McNeil, Wendy Weatherby, Steve Lawrence, Mick West, John Gahagan, Vladimir Skiba, Alexander Krotov) is out on REL.
